Dara Thai Massage Therapy 

🌿 The journey of Dara Thai Massage Therapy began long before the business itself. At just 12 years old, Patty—our founder—was introduced to the art of healing through touch in her childhood home in Thailand. Like many Thai families, her father would often ask her to walk gently on his back to relieve pain and tension. What started as a small act of care became her earliest connection to Thai massage, a practice that has been rooted in Thai culture for more than 2,500 years.

Over time, Patty pursued a career in business management, supporting her family’s company. But the memory of helping her parents through massage never faded. When life brought her to the United States, she found herself reflecting on her path. Many Thai immigrants start restaurants—but Patty realized her true passion was not in food, but in healing. She wanted to bring the art of authentic Thai massage therapy to her new community in Colorado.

This realization led her to professional training. In 2023, Patty completed her education and became a licensed massage therapist in Colorado, establishing Dara Thai Massage Therapy in Denver (formerly Dara Thai Wellness).
